Ebeltoft Italy - Kiki Lab
At Kiki Lab we specialize in Retail at 360°. We are experts in Retail areas, Retail channels and customers behaviors and expectations in many different categories, helping our Clients to improve their success with Retail Intelligence, Consultancy, Research and Training. Founder Fabrizio Valente is an Expert Jury at World Retail Congress and delivers speeches worldwide on themes related to Retail, such as Innovation, Trust, Change, CrossChannel.
-Retail Intelligence. All our activities are based on a deep knowledge of the Retail sector due to primarily derived from direct sources: national and international research on strategic issues (Innovation, Trust, Cross-Channeling), case studies, but also visits to retail areas, surfing the Web and Retailer websites, meetings with Retailers, discussions with Managers, exchanges with our international Partners. Our Ki-Library is networked with those of our international Partners and includes thousands of Retail cases and pictures of retail areas in every sector.
-Consulting. From strategy to implementation: an approach that combines rigorous analyses with simple, practical and quickly implementable recommendations (new concepts, improving existing concepts, channel and cross-channel strategies).
-Research. A good knowledge of one’s customers is useful and often crucial for providing adequate consulting and training. We use both quantitative and qualitative research methods, including Mystery Shopping.
-Training. Retailing is made of people: customers and staff in store. The success of each Retailer depends on skills, motivation and teamwork. To reinforce these qualities we plan and implement, along with our Clients, projects for developing competences through experiential learning (learning on the job: manager as coach; practical Labs on Innovation, Service, Visual coaching, etc.).
Kiki Lab works with Retailers, Manufacturers, Associations and Public Institutions such as: Timberland, Conad, Coop, Vision Ottica, Pirelli, Patrizia Pepe, Philips, Samsung, Penti (Turkey), Confcommercio
