Founded in 1982, Frontline Strategies and Frontline Performance Pte. Ltd are dedicated to improving retail store performance, in particular the Key Performance Indicators of average sale, items per basket and conversion rate.
We have written 9 retail programs focussed on how the store can work harder and smarter to engage customers and deliver a stonger customer experience. We consult and develop merchandising and marketing solutions dedicated to driving core or ‘hero’ categories harder – especially in stores where advice is an important element of the sale, such as pharmacy, liquor, hardware, aftermarket, electricals and electronics, sports.
One of these has been sold to Terry White Chemists and forms the base of their health strategy. We help regional managers and manufacturers’ representatives understand their role in helping drive performance in stores.
